Unsolicited advice to my sons and nephews - Part I














When approaching young ladies at parties the following words never fail to astonish:

If I profane with my unworthiest hand
this holy shrine, the gentle sin is this:
My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand
To smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss.

(Last tested December 1968: worked just fine)
